Aircraft Maintenance

WCS specializes in single and dual engine piston aircraft. Our experienced AME’s have the knowledge and skills to assist with minor and major client requests including engine work, avionics diagnostics & damage repairs.

Oil Service

In an aircraft engine oil has many important roles including cooling, cleaning and noise reduction. It’s therefore vital to monitor and analyze oil to ensure it’s doing its job properly. Engine oil sampling and analysis should be part of your routine inspection items. If a visual inspection reveals that the oil is very dark, has an unusual odor or exhibits other abnormal properties you should have an oil analysis completed immediately. An oil analysis will assist in the diagnostics of engine corrosion, fatigue and general engine life.

Annual Inspections & Routine Maintenance

WCS takes a unique approach with its customers offering fixed price annual inspection programs. These programs take the guess work out of the cost of an annual inspection. This is only possible with our extensive knowledge on piston aircraft. Routine Maintenance and Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) compliance are also handled in a similar way. Contact us to learn more about these programs.

Defect & Snag Rectification

If a defect/snag is found by the pilot, a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) must take the necessary action to rectify it before certifying that aircraft for the next flight. This includes all necessary logbook entries to comply with the airworthiness certificate. Our AME’s will take the necessary steps to ensure that the snag has been resolved correctly and your aircraft is fight worthy condition.

Pre-Purchase Inspections

The purpose of the pre-purchase inspection is to protect the buyer. It is not intended to be an Annual or Airworthiness Inspection. The potential buyer is requests the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) to professionally assess the overall condition of the aircraft for potential acquisition. The objective of a pre-purchase inspection is to determine that the aircraft is both; in the condition as represented by the seller and is acceptable to the potential buyer. At WCS we look forward to helping you find your first or next aircraft.
